Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging learning using best practices




• Partner with SMEs to prioritize key content
• Establish explicit learning outcomes based on needs
• Create diverse training materials including videos
• Measure learning outcomes and learner satisfaction

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in instructional design
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and eLearning tools
• Knowledge in adult learning principles
• Skin care knowledge is a plus
