Make a difference in the Windsor community as a Community Patrol Auxiliary member with the Windsor Police Service. This role focuses on patrolling parks and assisting at events from May through October.

Windsor Police Service needs passionate individuals willing to commit a minimum of 35 hours monthly for parks patrol and attend 12 special events each year. Applicants must meet age and citizenship criteria, hold a valid Ontario Driver's Licence, and have their Standard First Aid and CPR certifications ready by hire date. Good character references are also required for this team-oriented position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in park patrol duties monthly from May to October
• Support various special events organized by the police service




• Complete all training for Auxiliary Patrol position
• Ensure physical readiness to perform community duties
• Sign an Oath of Office & Secrecy agreement

Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age
• Canadian citizen or permanent resident status
• Valid CPR and First Aid certificates
• Strong references demonstrating valuable character
• Successful completion of interview and background check
