In this vital role, you will facilitate in-home support for pregnant women and families with young children, focusing on cultural aspects and healthy teachings. Your organizational skills will shine as you work closely with health professionals to deliver essential programs and workshops tailored to community needs. This position requires travel across La Ronge and outlying communities, ensuring strong outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer in-home support using a strength-based model
• Educate groups and individuals on health promotion




• Assist Community Health Nurse in delivering programs
• Act as a liaison and advocate for families
• Plan and execute community education workshops

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Certificate or related experience
• First Aid, CPR, and Safe Food Handling certification
• Robust verbal and written communication abilities
• Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Experience working with First Nations is a plus
