Key Responsibilities:
• Promote independence through dedicated support in home settings
• Foster learning and connection within the community
• Assist with personal and medical care needs
• Advocate for inclusion and individual rights
• Collaborate on individual care plans to reflect personal preferences
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or equivalent
• At least one year working with developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with Positive Behaviour Support strategies
• Class 5 Driver’s License necessary
• Valid First Aid/CPR and Mandt certifications
