We seek Loader Operators for various GTA client sites, guaranteeing on-call shifts during snow events. You will leverage your expertise in operating heavy equipment, particularly wheel loaders, and uphold safety standards while making timely responses to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate loaders or skid steers with plows safely
• Be on-call 24/7 for snow response within 60 minutes
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment
• Follow site maps to complete routes efficiently
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements:
• Proven heavy equipment operating experience required
• Valid G license preferred; DZ or AZ license is an asset
• Must be available on-call, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit to work in extreme winter conditions
• Knowledge of basic mechanical systems and maintenance
