Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on HVAC and mechanical maintenance programs
• Keep swimming pool logs and chemical balance
• Maintain the grounds by removing debris and snow
• Ensure readiness of suites for new residents
• Conduct safety audits of common areas and suites
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in building maintenance
• Training in multiple maintenance areas preferred
• Knowledgeable in infection control protocols
• Capable of heavy lifting and climbing
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
