We are seeking a Labour Relations Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources. You will be instrumental in delivering HR services and strategies, interpreting collective agreements, and providing conflict resolution advice. Your expertise will support organizational change and guide grievance processing and collective bargaining.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced labour relations advice and solutions
• Conduct grievance processes and negotiations
• Prepare for arbitration and adjudications
• Contribute to labour relations policy development
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide training
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Law, or related field
• 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Strong knowledge of labour relations legislation
• Ability to support strategic initiatives
