As an Employment Program Coach, you will engage with participants to help them build confidence and readiness for the workforce. Your role includes providing direct mentoring, overseeing hands-on opportunities with Ruth's Coffee, and fostering relationships throughout the community. Your support will be essential in empowering individuals as they navigate barriers to employment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor participants in developing essential workplace skills
• Supervise community work experiences for effective training




• Coordinate logistics for Street Team activities and schedules
• Document participant progress accurately
• Foster a supportive and trauma-informed learning workplace

Requirements:
• Proven experience working with individuals in need of employment support
• Background in coaching or mentoring
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
• First Aid and de-escalation training, or readiness to obtain
