This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing plowing, salting, sidewalks, loaders, hauling, snow stacking, crews, equipment, materials, and service quality during changing winter conditions.

Our company operates on strong Core Values and a “Right Person, Right Seat” philosophy. We hire, reward, and coach people who value accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and doing the job right.

Reallocate people, equipment, and materials to manage call‑ins, breakdowns, delays, access issues, and service gaps

Maintain clear communication with Crew Leads, operators, dispatch, and Operations leadership throughout the event

Quality, Safety, and Customer Protection

Conduct site inspections and spot checks during and after events

Verify plowing, snow stacking, sidewalk clearing, salt application, clearing widths, and access routes meet company standards

Address deficiencies, missed areas, callbacks, and customer concerns promptly

Reinforce Health and Safety policies, PPE requirements, protected equipment operation, fatigue awareness, and stop‑work expectations

Protect employees, pedestrians, customers, vehicles, buildings, landscapes, curbs, and other property from preventable damage

Escalate injuries, near misses, property damage, equipment failures, unsafe conditions, and major service delays immediately

Leadership and Continuous Improvement

Coach Crew Leads, operators, and seasonal team members on preparation, communication, quality, accountability, and team health

Maintain a calm, solutions‑focused environment during overnight and high‑pressure events

Ensure event records, service notes, photos, exceptions, and reservice requirements are completed accurately

Participate in post‑event reviews and help improve winter plans, route systems, checklists, training, and operating procedures

What We’re Looking For

Experience supervising crews, routes, winter operations, salt operations, snow removal, logistics, landscaping, construction, or a comparable field service workplace

Strong operational awareness and calm decision‑making in time‑sensitive situations

Experience coordinating people, equipment, materials, and multiple service areas

Sound judgment around safety, quality, property protection, staffing, and escalation

Comfortable correcting poor work and holding people accountable respectfully

Clear communication during changing conditions and high‑pressure events
