We're seeking a Full-Time External Maintenance Coordinator at Kleysen in Winnipeg. Manage maintenance services, assist drivers, and liaise with external shops while ensuring efficient operations.

In this role, robust mechanical knowledge and administrative skills are essential for coordinating maintenance at our Fleet Repair & Maintenance facility. You will be responsible for negotiating with parts vendors and assisting drivers during breakdowns, ensuring that all maintenance needs are promptly met. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors is key to success, as you'll provide necessary support efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate external shop arrangements for maintenance
• Support drivers with emergency breakdowns




• Negotiate rates for parts and repairs
• Maintain effective communication with service providers
• Provide backup to FRM office staff during absences

Requirements:
• Proven mechanical knowledge and background
• Administrative experience is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage vendor relationships well
• Personal vehicle required for office access
