Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in program development in line with agency values
• Monitor and guide children during daily activities
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians
• Attend to children's physical needs effectively

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Assistant Certification is a must
• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to acquire
• Completion of criminal record check required
