Help members and clients choose appropriate solutions to meet their financial goals
Provide financing solutions for affluent individuals and businesses
Recommend loans and insurance products
Serve as a financing expert advisor and resource person
Apply cross-sector financing strategies and authorize credit in accordance with established rules
Balance member/client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability and prudent risk management
Work with partners and experts to design integrated strategies
Advise members and clients on the best strategies and identify expected results
Manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and identify improvement areas
Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices
Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience

Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
