This full-time role involves training recent and current employees on pharmacy procedures and best practices. You will assess training effectiveness and provide valuable feedback while ensuring a safe learning environment. Frequent travel across Ontario is essential to deliver effective training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training for new and existing pharmacy staff
• Assess training material effectiveness through evaluations
• Track employee training progress and provide feedback
• Modify training content based on feedback and need
• Ensure a comfortable learning environment for all employees
Requirements:
• Registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• 2-3 years experience in pharmacy operations
• Proficiency in Telus Health Kroll systems
• Experience with group and individual training
• Ability to travel regularly across Ontario
