In this role, you will conduct essential pre-delivery inspections and execute minor repairs to keep RVs in top shape. Your mechanical talents will be crucial for maintaining the fleet and ensuring units are winterized. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough pre-delivery inspections on RVs
• Complete minor repairs including plumbing and carpentry
• Identify and report major repair needs from work orders
• Winterize and de-winterize rental units effectively
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace at all times

Requirements:
• Background in RV repair, automotive, or trades
• Solid mechanical and diagnostic abilities
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license is essential
• Experience driving vehicles up to 30 feet
• Willing to work rotating Saturdays and during peak season
