As a key member of the Webber team, you will oversee maintenance activities on roadways, bridges, and other vital assets. Collaborating closely with the Patrol Supervisor, you will ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Your role will require effective communication skills and a commitment to high-quality maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain roadways, medians, signs, and guardrails
• Lead shift operations during winter maintenance season
• Inspect work performed by contract staff for compliance




• Provide leadership and training to junior staff
• Compile records of maintenance hours and equipment usage

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Three years’ experience in road maintenance preferred
• Valid Ontario Class “DZ” Driver’s License needed
• Solid communication skills in written and verbal formats
• Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
