As a rotational employee, you'll work 28 days on and 14 days off, reporting daily to the First Cook. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist First Cook in buffet and meal preparation
• Prepare and package sandwiches and micro meals
• Clean and maintain galley and cooking equipment




• Monitor dining area supplies and replenish as needed
• Collaborate with fellow team members effectively

Requirements:
• Culinary diploma or related experience preferred
• 1+ years in high-volume kitchen environments
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends on rotation
• Successful completion of medical examination required
