At Long & McQuade, we are looking for dedicated Drum Lessons Instructors to teach in our Lesson Centre. Candidates must hold a music degree, Grade 8 RCM standing, or prove qualified equivalency. A successful applicant will have teaching experience across age groups and be familiar with effective teaching methodologies and lesson design.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach comprehensive drum lessons to students
• Create customized lesson plans that cater to student goals
• Foster an encouraging environment for all learners




• Participate in staff collaboration for program development
• Update parents on their children's progress regularly

Requirements:
• Music degree or recognized diploma preferred
• At least Grade 8 RCM standing needed
• Experience in teaching students of various ages
