Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate nursing care plans for clients
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Assist Registered Nurses with complex patient needs
• Uphold clinical practices according to BCCNM guidelines




• Support family members during the patient nursing process

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nurse program
• Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills to manage patient care
• Physical ability to perform nursing duties
