Step into a crucial role at Whistler Blackcomb as a Patrol Dispatch during the winter 2026/27 season. Coordinate mountain safety responses and emergency incidents while enjoying premier skiing perks.

This full-time position serves as the central hub for all mountain incidents at Whistler Blackcomb. You will assess emergencies, dispatch resources, and manage communications during critical situations, such as avalanches and serious medical emergencies. Strong decision-making, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential to ensure safety and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and assess emergency calls from guests and staff
• Oversee patrol responses to mountain incidents
• Act as Incident Commander during major incidents




• Ensure protected transport of guests and staff off the slopes
• Maintain operational records of incidents and checks

Requirements:
• Experience in patrol or emergency services
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Knowledge of Whistler Blackcomb terrain preferred
• Must ski or snowboard proficiently
