Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and portion food according to recipes
• Cook menu items with commercial kitchen appliances
• Adhere to food safety and HACCP protocols
• Sanitize work areas and cooking tools
• Offer excellent customer service during meal service

Requirements:
• 1–3 years culinary experience
• Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain it
• Knowledge of food prep techniques, including knife skills
• Solid ability to work both independently and in teams
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
