• Deliver advanced assessments and symptom management

• Document accurately in AlayaCare and related systems
• Respond proactively to patient health changes
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in good standing with Ontario
• Experience in acute and complex nursing care
• Solid clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Valid BCLS Training
• Reliable transportation and driver's license
