As a part time Casa Assistant, you will partner with our AMI Guide to foster a calm and engaging Montessori learning space. Your experience with AMI principles, child development, and classroom dynamics will be valuable. Communication is key, as you document observations and contribute to enhancing classroom environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the AMI Guide with classroom management
• Maintain and prepare Montessori materials and resources
• Observe children and communicate insights to the Guide
• Assist with daily routines and outdoor activities
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and organization daily

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in early childhood education
• AMI Assistant training or equivalent
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• BC Early Childhood Educator or Assistant certification
• Strong English communication skills, French is an asset
