At Financeit, we are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Client Success Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in training newly approved merchants on our platform while providing ongoing support to enhance their customer experience. Ideal candidates have a solid customer service focus and demonstrate excellent communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate positive transitions for new merchants
• Train businesses to leverage financing tools
• Help new Partners generate consistent sales
• Organize and execute training sessions effectively
• Track and report all sales activities meticulously
Requirements:
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
• Bilingual English and French skills required
• Exposure to consumer lending or SaaS preferred
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Salesforce or related CRM platforms
