Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop common areas consistently
• Clean and prepare vacant suites for future residents
• Manage exterior spaces like patios and garage
• Report any deficiencies affecting safety or cleanliness
• Work weekends on a rotating schedule as needed

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant cleaning experience
• Excellent customer service attitude
• Capability to lift heavy furniture and equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
