Join The Salvation Army as a Front Desk Worker in the Supportive Housing program. This role involves securing the facility while responding compassionately to tenant inquiries and needs.

You will be responsible for fostering a protected environment and providing vital support to tenants. Tasks include addressing complaints, conducting wellness checks, and documenting events accurately. The role demands a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a challenging, diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all inquiries and complaints from tenants
• Perform wellness checks as needed for tenant safety
• Maintain logs of daily activities and events
• Answer program department calls and relay messages
• Collaborate with external agencies for referrals

Requirements:
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Experience in frontline services preferable
• Criminal Background Check required
• CPR, First Aid, and Crisis intervention training beneficial
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Provide compassionate support and create positive experiences for tenants at The Salvation Army.
