Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests with admissions and exhibitions
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
• Lead engaging tours with diverse audiences
• Maintain a safe and organized reception and store area
• Supports inquiries about events and memberships
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or related arts/tourism diploma
• One year relevant experience in customer-facing roles
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Knowledge of arts or tourism sectors
• First Aid/CPR and AED Certification (training provided)
