Custom Castings is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician to maintain and enhance manufacturing equipment. You'll be tasked with troubleshooting CNC machines, melting furnaces, and hydraulic systems, all essential for smooth production processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and melting furnaces
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Fabricate parts using MIG and TIG welding techniques




• Conduct inspections, adjustments, and document maintenance
• Assist in designing custom jigs and safety equipment
Requirements:
• Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright Certificate preferred
• Experience in industrial equipment maintenance
• Solid problem-solving and attention to detail
• Standard tool set is a must
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work in tight spaces
