Kidco is Hiring: Recruiting Heavy Equipment TechniciansWe are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy Equipment Field Technician to support our growing maintenance team for the 2026 season.Our Ideal Candidate:You are an Apprentice or Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician with 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment repairs.You have hands‑on experience repairing heavy‑duty machinery, including dozers, excavators, graders, loaders, packers, rock trucks, scrapers, and skid‑steers, with brands like CAT, Komatsu, and John Deere.Extensive experience in engine diagnosis, rebuilds, and overhauls; diagnosing, repairing, and replacing hydraulic and electrical systems; repairing and diagnosing transmission and brake systems; general maintenance andrunning repairs.You are legally allowed to work in Canada.You possess a valid Class 5 license with air endorsement and a clean driver’s abstract.You have your own vehicle.Weekly Schedule:Monday - Friday: 10 - 12 hours/daySaturday: 8 - 10 hours/daySundays and long weekends offWhat We Offer:Competitive Compensation:Wage: $40 - $60 based on experienceOvertime Pay:
