The Production Lead Hand provides effective training to all recent and existing employees and ensures safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Production Supervisor to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and production schedule are met.Execute and coordinate employee training to ensure that production procedures are followed and meet all GMP and safety requirements.Arrange for and train temporary and permanent staff in performance of tasks for efficient line operations.Report all quality, production, and equipment issues to the Production Team Leader, maintenance and Production Manager in a timely manner.Be responsible for efficient, high quality operation of assigned production lines.Assist Production Team Leader to ensure production targets are achieved, including monitoring staffing, waste, and productivity.Ensure efficient and effective line change‑overs.Important DetailsThis is a full‑time permanent role on the night shift, operating from 6:30pm to 7:00am Monday through Sunday on a continental shift.
