In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for ensuring the e-commerce platform runs smoothly, implementing new features, and troubleshooting technical issues to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with development, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless online shopping experience, making this a crucial position for the company's digital success.
Key Responsibilities Manage, configure, and maintain the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
Implement and test new features, integrations, and design changes to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Monitor platform performance, uptime, and security, addressing any technical issues promptly.
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot bugs and implement enhancements.
Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO technical aspects.




Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools and services (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers).
Requirements Proven experience as an E-commerce Platform Specialist, Administrator, or similar technical role.
In-depth knowledge of at least one major e-commerce platform.
Understanding of web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API integrations.
