Tipalti is on the lookout for an experienced Software Engineer for its Site Reliability Engineering team. You will work on enhancing the reliability and performance of our financial services platform while collaborating with a global team. Your role will involve driving automation and ensuring the best practices are maintained across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee incident response and improvements
• Build and refine internal automation tools
• Implement reliability-focused services and SLOs
• Participate in essential on-call support activities
• Advocate for continuous operational enhancements

Requirements:
• 4+ years in Software Engineering, preferably in .NET
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities
• Familiarity with modern software architecture
• Proven experience in a high-traffic platform
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication
