About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Advisor to provide expert guidance and support to management and employees in Kimberley . This role involves advising on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change. You will act as a key partner to business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals and promoting a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
Support talent management initiatives, including performance reviews and succession planning.
Facilitate organizational change processes and provide change management support.




Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend proactive interventions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable South African labor laws and company policies.
Requirements Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in a strategic HR advisory or generalist role.
Proven expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR law.
Strong understanding of performance management and talent development strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.
