What You’ll Do

As part of our Installations or service team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the 5-star experience Gandy is known for:

Professionally install residential HVAC systems to the highest standards OR
Professionally diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and present options, service agreements and pricing to customers in a polite and respectful manner
Treat every home like your own—quality, cleanliness, and care matter
Communicate clearly with customers and respond to concerns with integrity
Maintain tools, equipment,



and your company vehicle in top condition
Stay flexible, take on recent duties, and continuously learn and grow

Required Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in HVAC
Journeyman certification in gas fitting or refrigeration
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Neat appearance and excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to follow all safety protocols
Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces
