In this permanent full time position, you'll report to the Senior Director of Real Estate & Facilities. Your role involves working closely with various stakeholders and vendors throughout multiple sites. You will monitor construction progress, manage risks, and enhance processes to support successful project outcomes across Canada's leading dental support organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in tracking and executing multi-site construction projects
• Travel to project sites for inspections and progress updates




• Facilitate communication between contractors and internal teams
• Organize project documentation and meeting follow-ups
• Contribute to risk analysis and management plans

Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or similar
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction experience
• Ability to travel frequently to project locations
• Valid driver's license is required
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
