Join the Vancouver Island Health Authority as a Community Health Worker, providing essential personal care and support. Enhance patient safety and promote independence during your shifts from 7 PM to 11 PM.

In this part time position, you'll work with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients with daily living activities and support their families. Your role requires regular travel between sites, ensuring effective care delivery. To qualify, you'll need a relevant health care certificate, a Food Safe Certificate, and a valid BC driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care assistance to clients
• Support clients' daily living activities at home
• Follow established plans of care and directives




• Maintain effective communication with clients and families
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:
• Home Support/Resident Care Attendant or equivalent
• Valid BC driver's license and Food Safe Certificate
• Registration with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
• Ability to perform job duties physically
• Independent work with minimal supervision
