GCS Group seeks a knowledgeable Intermediate Telecom Horizontal Directional Drill Locator with solid field experience. You will execute locating duties independently, interact with drill operators, and leverage your expertise in SubSite locating technology. The position also involves mentoring less experienced locators and maintaining safety on agile job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Independently carry out locate duties on HDD bores
• Operate and calibrate SubSite systems for each bore
• Communicate with Ditch Witch drill operators during operations




• Identify and address utility conflicts and anomalies
• Record and document bore data accurately

Requirements:
• Relevant HDD locating experience in telecom or utilities
• Proven ability with SubSite technology
• Experience working with Ditch Witch crews
• Current certification in Ground Disturbance Level 2
• Valid driver’s license and effective situational awareness
