Key Responsibilities:
• Review title commitments, surveys, and due diligence
• Coordinate real estate document reviews and negotiations
• Oversee title curative processes across projects




• Assist with project closings and legal compliance
• Support broader project development and legal functions

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in U.S. real estate law
• Juris Doctor and licensed to practice in the U.S.
• Strong understanding of easements and access issues
• Excellent detail orientation and multitasking skills
• Previous experience with renewable energy projects is a plus
