You will lead full-cycle recruitment and serve as the onsite health and safety resource while supporting workplace investigations and training programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR operations and day-to-day functions
• Act as the Tier 1 Health & Safety contact for compliance
• Support talent acquisition and onboarding for new hires




• Conduct performance management and engagement initiatives
• Oversee Incident reporting and corrective actions

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education focused on Human Resources
• At least 3 years of HR experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with health and safety legislation in Ontario
• Experience in employee relations and investigations
• CHRP designation is an asset
