Homestead Land Holdings is looking for a Burlington Branch Lead HVAC Technician. In this full time role, you will guide a team in optimizing HVAC systems for high-rise apartments.

As a Lead HVAC Technician, you will take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction and energy efficiency. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC systems, managing budgets, and overseeing HVAC-related projects. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of living for residents in our managed communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct HVAC mechanics in daily tasks
• Maintain and optimize building automation systems
• Oversee HVAC preventative maintenance protocols
• Manage financial aspects of branch operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and logs

Requirements:
• 5+ years of HVAC experience in relevant fields
• Knowledge of HVAC automation systems preferred
• 313A refrigeration license is advantageous
• Proven ability to work both independently and in teams
• Excellent communication skills in all formats
