As a key leadership role, the Corporate Controller will manage a comprehensive accounting framework in a high-growth technology environment. You will oversee GAAP compliance, multi-entity accounting structures, and ensure audit readiness, while leveraging AI and automation tools. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Manage AR, AP, and billing operations for liquidity
• Ensure payroll compliance across jurisdictions




• Drive global tax compliance with external advisors
• Maintain an effective control environment for audit readiness

Requirements:
• CPA designation with 15+ years of accounting experience
• Robust GAAP and IFRS knowledge
• Proven multi-entity accounting expertise
• Hands-on M&A; accounting and integration experience
• Demonstrated use of AI in accounting processes
