WELL Health Technologies is looking for a skilled qualified to manage the physician payment cycles within our clinic network. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, ensuring all payment-related data is accurate and efficiently reconciled. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of service we provide to our healthcare practitioners and, ultimately, to patients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage execution of physician payment cycles across clinics
• Validate source data and process payments accurately
• Support onboarding,



offboarding, and payment changes
• Prepare reconciliations and maintain master data
• Communicate efficiently on payment inquiries

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5–7 years of related experience required
• Advanced skills in Excel and data management
• Experience in healthcare payment processes preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
