This role involves the operation of various heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, and dozers, with a commitment to safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in equipment maintenance and a willingness to work at off-site locations. Solid interpersonal skills are required to ensure effective communication with residents and contractors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently operate excavators and heavy machinery
• Complete daily logs and vehicle inspections
• Conduct demolition work when necessary
• Sort materials using an excavator
• Work with ground crew for loading/unloading tasks

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum three years of related experience
• Clean driver's license
• Willing to travel and work at off-site locations
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
