In this role, you will operate key machinery, meet production goals, and implement the Kanban system while maintaining a solid commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and verify parts per quality standards
• Achieve and document production quotas consistently




• Operate and manage injection machines and assembly stations
• Engage in cross-training for varied tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization through 5S

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to handle physical job demands
• Willingness to adjust shifts as production demands change
• Capability to train FTMs when Leader Tech is absent
• Strong adherence to Health and Safety protocols
