• Hire, train, and manage branch staff effectively

• Ensure all rental equipment is clean and calibrated

• Identify and pursue new rental and sales opportunities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years in operations or customer-centric roles
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience in the equipment rental industry preferred
