CBI Home Health is seeking a Visit Nurse to support Dunnville and surrounding areas with in-home and community-based care. You will apply wound care, IV therapy, tube feeding and medication administration while delivering person- and family-centered care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
You will join a flexible schedule that supports work-life balance and travel to client homes. Robust English communication is essential; French or other languages are an asset.
