Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of Intermediate Bodily Injury Claims
• Confirm liability and quantum through thorough investigations




• Maintain complete and detailed file records
• Attend mediations and pre-trials for effective resolution
• Collaborate with underwriting and leadership on claims

Requirements:
• 3 years of claims handling experience required
• University degree or college diploma, CIP designation is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm under pressure, adaptable to change
• Bilingualism is an asset
