Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements




• Facilitate staff competency assessments and validations

• Lead safety initiatives across the laboratory

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Microbiology
• Completion of a Medical Laboratory Technologist program
• Proficiency with CQI and TQM techniques required
• CMLTO certification mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
