Must Haves 10+ years of software development experience delivering enterprise-grade applications and solutions.
Hands-on experience using GitHub , including source control management, pull requests, branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
Experience utilizing GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools to enhance software development efficiency and code quality.
Senior-level software development experience within a Power & Utilities environment.
Proven ability to work across the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies, coding standards, and software engineering best practices.
Nice to Have Experience within the Energy & Resources sector.
Experience supporting enterprise modernization, digital transformation, or operational technology initiatives.
Exposure to DevOps, cloud-based development environments, and automated testing frameworks.
Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical leadership activities.
Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions using modern development practices and technologies.




Leverage GitHub and GitHub Copilot to enhance development productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.
Participate in code reviews, pull requests, version control management, and software release activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Contribute to application architecture, technical design discussions, and solution recommendations.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Support CI/CD processes and promote development best practices across the team.
Ensure software solutions comply with organizational standards for security, maintainability, and performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members as required.
