The Dream Broker program, in partnership with Regina Public Schools, Sask Sport, and others, seeks a full-time facilitator to enhance children’s community participation. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse populations. Understanding First Nations, Inuit, and Métis cultures is crucial to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with children, parents, and school staff
• Facilitate activities based on children's needs and interests
• Support community engagement initiatives for children’s participation
• Adapt schedules to fit children's and families' needs
• Promote the program's goals through active collaboration
Requirements:
• Experience with inner-city children and families
• Knowledge of local community resources and delivery systems
• Robust communication and cultural competency skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification needed
