In this full-time position within the Education, Training and Research Department, the Executive Initiatives Coordinator will work closely with the Manager and leadership team. You will help streamline initiatives, maintain planning tools, and ensure vital information flows effectively across departments. Your administrative skills will be crucial in supporting strategic planning and communications
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate agendas, meetings, and follow-up logistics
• Track action items and maintain project schedules
• Assist in preparing performance reporting and communication materials
• Support collaborative meetings and workshops
• Organize and manage departmental records and filing systems
Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications in Business or Project Management
• At least five years of project coordination experience
• Experience working with Indigenous governments advantageous
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Must submit Police Information Check
